Depending on the type of meeting being held, the size and style of conference rooms will vary. Holiday Inn meetings are held at 25 locations across the Middle East and Africa, each of which offers a choice of meeting rooms, catering for anything from less than 10 to over a thousand delegates.

This means the same Holiday Inn can generally be booked for all your company events. Once you've found a venue that suits your needs, it is best to rebook there for all your events. This way, you and the staff get to know each other, delegates become familiar with the venue and area, and your company may be able to get special deals on multiple bookings.

Before booking conference rooms, you must first decide on the maximum size of your party, as some Holiday Inn Meetings venues are more geared towards small gatherings, while others have facilities for large conferences.

In large cities like Dubai, which are important centres of commerce, Holiday Inn meetings can be held at several hotels. This means you can streamline your choice of venue still further, picking the one that most suits your needs.

Booking conference rooms in Riyadh

Riyadh is the capital of Saudi Arabia and its largest and wealthiest city. The city is considered the finance and business capital of the Middle East, with numerous privatised companies and big conglomerates.
As a result, there is a constant need for conference rooms both large and small.

We host Holiday Inn meetings at three hotels, all located in key business districts. The largest is the luxurious Riyadh-Al Qasr, in the prestigious Olaya business district. Holiday Inn meetings held here cater for large-scale conferences, rather than small break-out sessions. The smallest boardroom seats 150 people, while the largest houses 1300 in comfort. At the other end of the scale, meeting rooms at our Riyadh Minhal venue seat 12 - 200 delegates - perfect for smaller board meetings, interviews and more.

Holiday Inn meetings in Dubai

Dubai needs no introduction. One of the world's wealthiest cities, there is a growing emphasis on the construction, tourism and financial sectors as oil reserves dwindle. Conference rooms are booked for everything from interviewing foreign job applicants, to research discussions on the latest oil-field technology.

Delegates booking Holiday Inn meetings with us at Downtown Dubai are just 10 minutes from the airport and International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The hotel has seven meeting rooms catering for between 30 - 60 delegates. This makes it perfect for those companies who are attending conferences at the International Centre, as it gives them somewhere a bit more private to practice speeches or discuss strategies.

Conferences in Africa

Many African countries are emerging as new lights in the world of business and finance, and cities often have strong links with the Middle East. Both Nairobi and Johannesburg have booming business districts, and Holiday Inn meetings are held in several prime locations.

Of course, it isn't all work. People often choose the Middle East and Africa for family celebrations. We at Holiday Inn are just as likely to book out our conference rooms for a wedding as we are a business meeting.
